As a TRUE Zero Waste Advisor, I work with businesses across a wide variety of industries to reduce waste, improve efficiencies, and be kinder to our planet.

  • TRUE Zero Waste Certification

    TRUE (Total Resource Use and Efficiency) is a certification administered by GBCI, the premier organization for independently recognizing excellence in green business industry performance and practice globally, through third party verification services for certification and credentialing. Their LEED certification program is one of the most popular worldwide.

    The TRUE certification program measures, improves and recognizes zero waste performance by encouraging the adoption of sustainable resource management and waste reduction practices that contribute to positive environmental, health and economic outcomes.

    I will work with you through the entirety of the Zero Waste Certification process which includes: Pre-Certification; Strategy & Planning; Program Design & Implementation; Ongoing Monitoring & Tracking; Stakeholder Education and Training; Final Document Submittal and Case Study; Marketing Achievements.

  • Compliance

    New laws and regulations can be difficult to navigate. I will work with you to understand these new regulations, determine whether they are applicable to your business, and implement procedural and operational changes required for your company to be in compliance.

    Examples of some of these new laws and regulations that impact businesses are: Food Donation Laws, Organics Recycling Laws, Minimum Recycled Content Mandates, Plastic Bans, and ERP Laws.

  • Waste Management & Composting Program Implementation
